Identifying possible conflicts of interest can be troublesome and normally comes to light at a time when it is not desired and when the client most likely did not know it had actually occurred.
Conflicts of interest have numerous dimensions. Such as:

  • Local interests vs interest of the shareholders in another country
  • Assessment of a business partner and alliances
